What payment methods do you accept?

Gumroad handles payments (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Stripe for Coaching when it launches. All payments are secure and encrypted.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, so refunds follow Gumroad's standard refund policy. Email hello@askalexai.io if you need help with a refund.

Can I upgrade after purchase?

Yes. If you buy Essentials and later want Premium or Coaching, we credit what you paid toward the upgrade.

Is there free content?

Yes. The content library has free articles on automation, AI tools, crypto, clipping, and SaaS. The newsletter (free) delivers new strategies every Tuesday.

How often do you publish?

Tuesday strategy emails (free newsletter). New articles 2-3x per week in the content library. Playbook updates monthly (Premium tier) or as-needed (Coaching tier).

Will you spam my email?

No. You get one email per week (Tuesday strategy). No daily promos, no upsells every email. You can unsubscribe anytime.
